Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to digitally delivered products sold by Arbisha Digital, a brand of Bairava Enterprises.

Digital Products

All products sold by Arbisha Digital are digital products delivered electronically. Because digital products are accessible immediately after delivery, the nature of these products is different from physical goods.

Cancellation

Once a digital product has been delivered and access has been provided, an order generally cannot be cancelled. If you believe an order was placed in error and access has not yet been delivered, please contact us promptly at support@arbishadigital.com.

Refund Eligibility

Given that our products are digital and delivered electronically, all sales are generally considered final once access has been provided. However, we recognise that genuine issues can arise. Refund requests may be considered in the following situations, subject to verification:

  • Duplicate payment for the same product.
  • Successful payment but non-delivery of the digital product.
  • Delivered files that are corrupted, incomplete, or inaccessible.
  • Other applicable circumstances where delivery could not be completed despite successful payment.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@arbishadigital.com and provide your name, email/mobile number used for purchase, order or transaction ID, product purchased, payment date, and a brief description of the issue.

Processing

Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method, and processing times may vary depending on your payment provider. We may request reasonable information to verify the request before approval.

Non-Eligibility

Refund requests based on change of mind after access has been delivered, or on outcomes (such as financial results), are not eligible, as our products are provided for personal organisation and educational purposes only and no specific result is guaranteed.
